Collection of certificates
The University graduation committee will communicate to the graduants the scheduled dates for the collection of respective certificates.
Become an Alumnus
The Directorate of Alumni Programmes is currently creating new database. The Purpose of this is to know our alumni, connect with them, honour and involve them in all university activities.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Prospective graduands should check inclusion in the graduation list on the university website. Further, candidates are expected to confirm accuracy and order of their names in their respective Faculties and ensure they meet all other requirements, including clearance of fees.
All the candidates shall be required to pay Graduation Fees below, which is inclusive of alumni fee of KES 1,000 in the provided University accounts. All the payments should be made to the university accounts and payment slip presented to finance Department, for issuance of official receipt on/before Friday 25th November, 2022.

All graduands shall be in graduation gowns during graduation ceremony. The gowns shall be collected from respective Faculties upon filling relevant forms from Monday November, 2022 to Wednesday 30th November, 2022. The gown MUST be returned back to the university by Friday 16th December, 2022, failure to which a penalty of KES 500
A mandatory rehearsal shall be conducted on Thursday 1st December, 2022 starting at 10:00am. All candidates MUST wear their graduation gowns during rehearsal
