Tharaka University (TUN) Vice Chancellor and CEO, Prof. Peter K. Muriungi, today led the signing of an MOU between Tharaka University (Kenya) and Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT)(Philippines), with an aim to promote collaboration in; Student and Staff Mobility, Staff Development (Master and PhD Scholarship), Projects Development, Exchange of academic information and publications, Joint research activities, Conduct of extension and immersion activities, Technology Exchange and Other exchanges of academic and cultural nature agreed upon by both parties.
