How to Apply

In order to apply for admission to Tharaka University College kindly ensure you undertake each of the following steps:

Step 1: Obtain official Application Forms forms available at Tharaka University College in Gatunga. Check Map Location Below. You can alternatively download the forms by clicking HERE

Step 2: Fill the application form as required clearly indicating the course you are applying for.

Step 3: Deposit a non-refundable application fee as per below:

  • KES 2,000 for postgraduate courses, undergraduate courses and diploma programmes

  • KES 1,000 for certificate courses

Step 4: Attach Certified copies of certificates and original fee payment receipt MUST be attached to the application form and RETURNED LATEST TWO WEEKS BEFORE  the commencement dates given for the programmes

Step 5: Return forms to the Office of the Registrar Academic Affairs at Tharaka University College in Gatunga or send by Post to  P. O. Box 193 –60215 Marimanti.

Attention should be:

  • Director, Graduate School for postgraduate programmes

  • Registrar (Academic) for Bachelor’s, Diploma and Certificate courses.

OR: Send the filled application form together with scanned certified copies of certificates and the scanned original fee payment receipt through the email registraraa@tharaka.ac.ke
